Welfare Benefits
We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to deliver Welfare Benefits and Debt advice. We represent Benefits applicants at tribunal hearings. At the moment the main areas of dispute include entitlement to Employment Support Allowance, Disability Living Allowance and sanctions being applied to claims for Job Seeker's Allowance as well as Housing Benefit disputes.
Debt
We advise with regard to the rescheduling of debt and are authorised to apply for those in need of a Debt Relief Order.
