We can guide you through the process of dealing with someone's Estate when they die, or advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney, both property and affairs as well as health and welfare. We offer an initial fixed-fee interview to discuss your needs and offer preliminary advice. We're happy to travel to clients if they're unable to come to us, and we hold a free advice surgery at our offices on Mondays between 5 and 6.30pm. Jacquelyne RobertsJacquelyne qualified as a solicitor in 1993 having gained honours in her Law Society final examinations. Since qualification she has specialised in the administration of Estates, Tax planning, Will drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She trained in Poole, Dorset and moved to Wiltshire upon qualification. She now acts for a number of firms as an independent consultant and works with Shearer & Co on this basis. |
